Current Offset question
I needed to do a tool change and was attempting to use the current offset for x,y. After I got the prompt I went to the jog screen, hit rapid positioning, changed my tool then hit the "current offset for x,y" and it moved the tool to the correct x position but not the y position. I did get the concept to work and posted a followup new thread. I am not quite sure what you mean when you say make sure the endmill stickout is consistent with that setting? I was not able to set a -Z in Carbide Motion as far as I could tell so I ended up setting a higher Z value than my material a...
