Found the answer if anyone needs it. The Post processor didn't reset to shapeoko as it has before. Go to edit and set it.

I have been using carbide create pro with no problems. Downloaded the new 461 version and now I get this when I try to create g-codes. material list

When I first looked at the carbide create material list a couple of years ago, before buying my machine,it had a long list of
different materials.
Now it seems to have only MDF, ACRYLIC, ALUMINUM, AND HDPE. Why the he change and what is HDPE?
Just learning the software.

loading carbine motion

I have a computer with a 1 gig processor and 4 gigs of ram
have both visual C+ x86 x64 installed. when I try to open carbide
motion it gets to 24% and shuts down. Have reloaded programs many
times and the visual programs.

Any ideas
