Sounds like something is rattling, also sounds like you might be hitting a resonant frequency.

I went ahead and bolted my x axis together, now I'm wondering where I can find the right length spacers, it's 52.7 mm between the two plates. Times like this I wish I had a metal lathe...

Mine also has that press mark, I don't think it's causing any problems though.

It worked out pretty well, the V wheels appear pretty lined up with the Makerslide.

I've also replaced all the other nylon spacers with aluminum ones.

Where did you get the spacers?
