Re: Shapeoko 2 #8233 1000 X 1000MM

Did you mount your JTech to the same bracket or do you have to take the spindle off to mount the laser?

Re: Loc-Line Dust Collection

I am in the process of milling this air diverter for the DWP611 so that my LocLine hoses will work better. I have also chosen to mount mine to the back of the carriage as to limit the twist/torsion on the already front heavy system. I'll try to post some pictures soon but right now I have my Z torn ...

Re: Loc-Line Dust Collection

What did you do with the hose above the Z axis? Does it just go up and arc around or did you manage to get in into some cable management system? I have had the Loc-Line parts myself but have been trying to get a nice and clean location to put the hose.

Re: Whacky grbl 0.9 issue

Where can I get this "I" version? Under the Master Branch section of the GITHUB website it has Grbl v0.9g. I'd like the version "I" that you are speaking of that works with G40, but would like the ShapeOko2 defaults like the website has. Sorry if this sounds like I want to have my cake and eat it to...

Re: Whacky grbl 0.9 issue

When will the "H" release be public? I just went to the GITHUB site and it still has "G" as the latest.

Re: Shapeoko 2 #7353 is Operational

Would you be willing to post your SVG and GCODE for this dust collection fitting? It looks awesome and I would like to try it for my 611.

Re: 3D CAD Tool Poll - Vectric Cut3D

Has anyone ever used this software? I am looking to purchase something and the trial video looks super simple, but I want to hear from someone that actually uses/used it.

Thanks all!

Re: Z axis Switching Direction

I guess I don't know the difference between absolute vs. relative that you are talking about. When I press the Z- 3 times it goes the proper direction, but the next time I hit it it may go the opposite direction. However, next time I try it it will do it after 5 presses, then the next time after 2-3...

Z axis Switching Direction

Randomly today while I was investigating a cutting issue I took the z axis spindle carriage off and left the delrin nut on the z axis threaded rod. When I used Universal G Code Sender to jog the z axis up and down, it would work perfect for 3 or 4 jogs, and then it would go the other way. Also, in t...
