Selling Super-PID with DW660, mount and dust shoe. $165 OBO
Hello, I'm looking to sell my Super-PID V2 that has 69 hours on it. I'm also including the dw660 router, the dw660 dust shoe and the dw660 router mount from inventables. The Super-PID is in great condition, works well. It's a little dusty but not a big deal. The Dewalt DW660 is a little worn, but ha...

Wow, I have been away for a while. This thread has blown up. For some reason it hasn't been notifying me of these posts.

It was purchased at us.misumi-ec.com part number HFS5-4060-1000. It was also not too expensive, around $23 before shipping.jameslee522 wrote:where did you get the 60x40 extrusion?

Re: Groguards Build Log
I'm looking to build a kit similar to yours and was wondering why you decided to go with the 60x40 1000mm extrusion VS. the makerslide? Is this an X axis strengthening technique? Along with also adding the open rail for more rigidity? How has this set up worked for you and problems once up and runn...

Re: Upgraded to 9mm wide belts
When I ordered my pulleys, I had no issues with them. I also didn't have anything come up where I needed to contact them. I also recalibrated my machine when I put the new belts on. Anytime I do anything to the belts I check calibration. Cool to see how many people are upgrading their machines to 9m...

Re: 1000X1000 upgrade? What is the actual cutting area?
A couple things I would recommend is getting mid span supports, and either going with 2 makerslide with a 20x40 extrusion sandwiched between, or doing what I did and get a piece of 40x60 extrusion and using openrail. This requires widening the X carriage to fit the new wider extrusion. If you take a...
