Re: Upgrading from 0.8 to 0.9 on a Mac

No :/ Guess i´ll have to buy one. The reason for me to upgrade to 0.9 was trying to fix the X-axis motor...It cut everything like butter and suddenly it started to make weird noises and whatnot

Re: Upgrading from 0.8 to 0.9 on a Mac

Have no idea what I've done, however when manually jogging the machine the step sizes have somewhat been multiplied by x100 or more. On 0.8 I could jog it normally, ex. 5 steps, to do the same in 0.9 I have to adjust it down to 0.05. And the Z-axis interprets 0.1mm as 20mm or more...please help :)

Thanks for the help! Got it working with the IDE. Now I just need to figure out how to invert the axes again since $6 doesnt work. Anyone got setting they want to share?

Re: Fixed base dust collection for Shapeoko 2

This dust collector will not move up and down with the Z-axis WillAdams, instead stay directly on top of the material while cutting pressing it down..

Fixed base dust collection for Shapeoko 2

Has anyone made a fixed base dust collection system for the Shapeoko? I miss it a lot after working with the Gerber Dimension 200 years ago. Here´s a preview of how I (hopefully) will construct something similar for my machine https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/512686/Screen%20Shot%202015-03-04%20a...
