Y vibrates and tries to go in opposite ways of ea other

I have checked the wiring for loose strands, loose screws, correct wiring I have everything wired. But maybe I'm wrong. When I fixed the X axis from going in random directions from one direction, the Y axis stops working - it starts to fight each side in its direction. Very frustrating. Definitely n...

All Axis Direct Drive Upgrade Wanted

Hey,

I need to upgrade my shapeoko that I have now so that it is way strong in cutting aluminum sheets. I need it to be super strong and just plow through the corners.

Anyone have an upgraded version or kit for sale? The kit would also have to come with the calibration variables for the gboard.

Re: Stepper won't go in consistent direction

Hello,

I had the same problem.

I know how I caused the problem though. I was half asleep and was hitting the +Z button instead of -Z button and kept driving my motor into the ground. It must've sent some big surge backwards or something and damaged that terminal. Bc i now have a confused Z axis.

Re: Makercam Crashing Browser on Chrome

Tinkercad (and I am a big promoter I have an article autocad is doing on the highest extend of CAD designing for tinkercad coming out soon) appeared to have fixed their SVG BS output, I thought so bc I had talked to the PM there. I assumed bc the lines were gone or the lack of their to the visual ey...

Re: Makercam Crashing Browser on Chrome

Not sure what you mean by runout? I'm mystified by drill operation What's peck distance? That the step down? Why do I have to have hole spacing? What is that? I've googled I haven't found anything conclusive to these answers. <Makercam is still just missing holes and it's taking forever way longer t...
