Model Airplane
Has anyone come across a build file for a model airplane? Is anyone willing to model one? I've been experimenting with balsa wood and I want to try to do a complicated build. I don't think I have the skills to design the entire thing.

Re: Test Box Design
So i finally had a chance to open the file and give it the once over. I found a few things wrong and I'm not sure if they were caused by the transition over to illustrator. It doesn't seem to be optimized for 1/4" material, the base plate is not wide enough and all the pieces, of your pieces, need t...

Simple Clock Face - Mid-job Tool Change with Chilipeppr
Made a simple design in illustrator, cam'd it with JSCut and sent the job to my tinyG with Chilipeppr. It's a frued v bit for the outlines, and a Roman Downcut bit for the cutout and Center hole. Links for the bits are in the video description. This was a really quick project because I just wanted t...

Re: DIY Lathe Help
Yeah if your looking to lathe metal get a proper lathe. A modified drill press would only work for wood.

Re: DIY Lathe Help
I'm not sure what type of finish you could achieve with the setup you are referencing or with a drill press since turning isn't what they are designed for. Add a tail stock and a tool rest and its a vertical lathe. Finish would depend on tools and skill after that. The benefit of converting a drill...

Re: DIY Lathe Help
Do you have a drill press? Nick Fury has a YouTube channel that shows how to turn wood on a drill press.
