Hey Everyone,

As the title implies, curious to know anyone also owns a Shapeoko in their shapeoko or their garage.
I think it would be beneficial to know each other locally so we can do meets up or share knowledge with our machines.

Did you build the probe your self? Yes the price is quite extreme. The difference will be in repeatability and build quality. I emailed carbide3D last week to inquire about the availability of the touch plate. They told me they fabricate everything in-house, and the availability of their touch plate is the end of March or early April.
