I think runout and feedspeed has a role to play here. When the bit enters the material it is at the spot as programmed but due to maybe high feed and slack belt tension the bit get " deflected" and pulls away from the original path. When the end meets the start the photos are the result.

I found that with upcut bits the bit is trying to pull the material towards the router thereby flexing the whole assembly to a degree where the deflection is noticeable when feed rate en plunge is not correctly set.

As I said I didnt change a thing too dumb with this type of code. Those things were in the sketch when I opened and I just pasted Your code in there.

I use Maker cam. Here I simply select the letters AND the outer border of the piece of work. Then I select pocket and the rest is the same.in apps

Have you tried lowering your feed speed? It seems by looking at your calibration cuts of the circle and square that the bit is getting pulled forced all over the show. Especially since you are running at max speed and the cuttings are not getting evacuated fast enough and thus deflecting the bit. I ...
