true, but it could be a starting point... there are tons of images out there, some easier to find than others, however, i was able to import a sheet into inkscape, trace some tools, and then rescale them by manipulating the outline based on the measurements of my own tools rather easily and quickly....

You can take that to Kinkos and have them print out at full size. Why not just strap a pen to the machine and have it draw it out? that, or, i own two 24" wide plotters as well... :D Bill, I'm going to take that and run with it, at least check it out... can't do much until the gets a little better....

i had a similar issue with saw dust accumulating in my collet that would allow it to loosen. and i'm talking about a very small amount. standard operating procedure for me now it to remove, tap, and blow any saw dust out of the collet each tool change...

I was thinking to mill out a scaled up version of the arrowhead at a depth equal to the thickness of a piece of acrylic - this would cover the arrowhead and keep it in place.
