Pocket from the center?

Is there a way to change the tool path in makercam to work in reverse? For example to take a roughly pre drill piece of material and the use a pocket to open up the hole to the correct size, starting each new layer from the pre drilled center hole, instead of working outside in? Hope that makes sense.

Grrr... Guess I should have waiting a couple of days.

Looking forward to my kit getting here, but sure which I would have know it was going on sale today... oh well... Still looking forward to the putting it to use.
