I need help PLEASE ! I have a 2.8 J Tech laser on my Shapeko 3. By mistake! I plugged the carbide control signal cable into the laser output plug in. I don't use Lightburn, but I checked their support documentation. It looks like using Lightburn requires you to change the Shapeoko's origin position. When you are done, you need to revert that change to use your Shapeoko as a CNC machine again. Check out the support page: https://github.com/LightB...

Is there anybody out there with a Shapeoko 3 and with a Lightburn laser software? I need help to reverse from laser burning back to using the CNC router! Hi Will Yes, this did happen. The machine bottomed out against the top and made an awful noise. I would like to know -if I start the job over again and go to the zero setting on top of my work piece will the machine reset by itself?
