For a while some months I have abandon the project because I was making 3D printers but finally I have manage to put everything together and surprise-surprise everything is working from the first tik.

Check the repeat distance of the wobble. If it is the same as the perimeter of the wheels that means that one (or more) of your X wheels have ball bearings that they are wobbly or not correctly fitted in the wheels.

Hi Tom, I cut a lot of acrylic so here is my experience. With routers that cannot rev at low rpm is better to use single flute cutter. You have to use the lowest possible rpm in your router. Mine goes down to 15000 rpm. With 1/8" cutter single flute I cut with a feed rate of 50"/minute (1200mm/min) ...
