Shapeoko is sold. It was a great way to start in CNC's and I thank all who helped me learn a lot here on the forum. Hopefully it's new owner will be on here soon.

Re: Recycled Art Challenge
Thanks for the compliment. I'm glad I could inspire someone else to repurpose old parts. I keep bins of "parts", metals, glass, wood, plastic/acrylic that I find in my travels through estate sales or thrift/recycle stores. When something like this comes along I always dig through to see what I have....

Recycled Art Challenge
Thought I would share a project that I just completed last night. Not sure if there are any steampunk fans among us. Our local Art Council, the County Library and The Habitat for Humanity ReStore (Recycling/Thrift Store) in our area teamed up to sponsor an art challenge. All items had to use no more...

Re: Touch plate any good?
I apologize, it's a great write up and I followed it exactly. Even the fancy connectorsAnonymousPerson wrote:Um... just to point out, that was my write up, not Will's.
Will has done pretty much everything else on the wiki though as far as I can tell.

Re: Touch plate any good?
That's the one I have, works good and the price is right. Took like 2-3 weeks to get here from China. Follow the assembly and how to install from the wiki and Will's write up here: http://www.shapeoko.com/wiki/index.php/Touch_Plate_v2 I ordered the connector and the audio jack from Sparkfun so you'l...

Always enjoy your videos, nice job on the sign. My daughter yelled at me for playing the music too loud on this one
