Re: Installing toggle switch between gShield and wall plug

Mine are plugged into the same power strip......I just have to remember to unplug the usb from my computer so the Arduino doesn't stay powered on......Not sure if it's bad for it or not but doesn't hurt to error on the side of caution

Re: Z Axis reversed

Also ,what version of GRBL are you running? I ask because when I first got my shapeoko going a month ago I was running 0.8 and had to reverse my Z Axis to make it function properly......When I upgraded to the new 0.9 I had to reverse it again back the way it was originally ....

Re: Where is your SO3?

No experience with Fedex.......UPS will let you change it for free if it is still going to the same zip code.....And was told it was a $5 fee if to a different zip code......I would definitely call and find out though

Re: What's the laser power limit for my SO3?

The guys at LightObject are top notch......I bought a 40 watt C02 K40 clone off Ebay and upgraded it with the DSP kit from them.....And some other stuff..... http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04/11/e44402f985ad3794089eb15307914702.jpg Called them on the phone several times before I ordered from them...
