I have a remote camera that I can view through my phone when I need to step away for a bathroom break. Plus two smoke detectors and two fire extinguishers.

The dremel collets are not very concentric. As you have noticed, hard to tighten the collet consistently. The bearings and housing on a dremel is poorly manufactured so there is plenty of runout. I have the proxxon is better manufactured. The front bearing housing is aluminum or some die cast metal....

How much was it? I had ask and received a similar mat sample from another company. They sent a 1 inch square piece. To small to test but it seemed like it would work well. It was expensive so I never ordered it.

I also keep a separate tool box for Rg cable/wire/cat5 installs. Usual cutters/strippers/crimpers/soldering iron. Basically all the tools needed wire a house or fix a phone/cable/lan line.
