Did a search for "cambino" on the walmart site. There's two listed (when I looked just now), one's 99, the other says in stores only, without a price. Click that dude, and it comes up (for me anyway) as $59, giving stock of the local stores. When I picked mine up the other day, there was 4 reported ...

My plan is to use it with Universal GCode Sender, which installed and ran without issue.

One caveat I'd add is that if you are doing laser work, any pauses will likely result in burns.

It sounds like official laser support is pending. This is discussed in more detail over in the Acceleration thread.

No idea how close it is to becoming real.

Did you have to probe the surface? Or was the table flat enough to just go with it? I might have to stop by some thrift stores on the way home tonight. :)

Not to derail the topic, but why all the Java hate? I started with Universal GCode Sender exactly because it's written in Java. I happen to be pretty good at Java, so being able to tinker with the software is part of the attraction for me personally. bCNC works fine for a lot of people, UGS works fi...

How much do you expect the table to move due to humidity changes? .03" is way flatter than I'd expect to achieve by any means, especially from MDF.
