update on the Rockwell Jigsaw Table. It is now $99 and comes with a wall mounting kit. The web site says limited time....who knows. Why did you use gears instead of running the platform directly from the motor and just control the speed and steps?

15" Aluminum House Numbers mounted and done.
Using the jigsaw table made removing the tabs a breeze.

You can use Meshmixer (or other tools) to remove the bottom portion and add a solid-flat part.

And... 20 hour print...YIKES!

So maybe setting two cameras, one to capture the upper area and one that would catch all of the undercuts then stitch them together? Automation.....is a beautiful thing. Heck it might have some fancy algorithm in it and all you, and I need to do is get the ratio, adjust and BAM! Home made replicator.

It might not have a reference of distance/size with one lens.
So unless you set the distance of the camera each time exactly as you had before the scale might have some variation..
