Hi guys and Thanks for replying. I am just using V-carve in Carbide Create and yes I have the tool set for a Vee bit.

V-carve not cutting deep enough

Hi guys, I'm trying to use V-carve to cut out some text, but when I go to "show simulation", it pretty much shows nothing being cut or I can barely make out the words. Update: Problem fixed! During all the times of trouble shooting, trying to calculating for belt stretch, and having the homing issue. I must of flip the toggles on the board to 1/4. Thanks Will! I was able to get my SO3 out of homing and running again. But for some reason, my machine now is cutting bigger then what i tell it to. 1' square comes out 1.5" square and the step down is really deep. I thought I changed the steps of 100-102 but it's still saying 40. Just to recap, I w...

Ok I found the homing disable in the homing installation guide. I'll try it when I get home tonight.

How about some How to calibrate videos? Trying to understand some of this stuff you read can get qoute over whelming. I think some videos would Be helpful for newbies like me.
