Hi @plastik, i've a CNC Shield by Protoneer + Arduino Uno + 4 A4988 Stepstick and my SO2 work perfectly ! And with CNC Shield i can directly wiring the hold, resume, abort switch without problem !

Excellent!!! Incredible, exactly what i need because i've the same configuration (CNC shield, 24V and 48V power supply, spindle speed controller).
Just one little question, do you have electricity residual interference with the power supply's proximity?

Ok, thanks a lot @chamnit ! And thanks for your hard work with the great GRBL !!! I use CNC Shield by Protoneer, with 4x DRV8825 + heatsink + 2x24V Fans and i think a good current settings on each DRV8825.
