If "Z" is the only axis that is reversed when homing, then it should be $23=4 With that said, I believe most have the home position to the rear/right of the machine. If your Y-axis is homing to the left, then $23=6 to invert Y & Z. Of course, that part is more of a preference. I've started homing to...

Actually, just look at this table and I'm sure you'll figure it out. Homing has it's own directional setup, scroll down this site to $23 Homing for more info.

UGS 1.0.4 is a bit old, Have you tried 1.0.9? https://winder.github.io/ugs_website/download/#releases

Maybe it's a bug that has been fixed since then?

Pick up a stainless steel SHCS at your local hardware store. That would be sort of obvious if the plate had an adjustable slot for the bottom guide pulley and a threaded bung welded to the plate for that steel SHCS tension screw. :D Maybe this is a Sparkfun thing? http://i482.photobucket.com/albums...

Some reason my belt was already tight with the stepper in the lowest position. I had to loosen the two 15mm spacers to gain enough slack to get the belt over the top pulley. Once everything was routed correctly, I tightened those two spacers which tensioned the belt without having to raise the step...

Some reason my belt was already tight with the stepper in the lowest position. I had to loosen the two 15mm spacers to gain enough slack to get the belt over the top pulley.
