Tutorial For KosmeController/Firmware?

The Kosme Firmware looks interesting and sports a depth sensing feature for grbl, but is there any information on how to wire the ardunio for this and how to flash the firmware or control a spindle? I can't seem to find any documentation anywhere. A point in the right direction would be appreciated....

Shapeoko Not very clean?

Hey I've been trying to route pcb's with my shapeoko it is not very clean and messes up small traces often. Where should I look to tighten up my Shapoko's accuracy? Or how should change my pcb's to account for this?
