Re: grbl v4 motor pinout diagram
THE + near the z axis printed on the board, is that for referencing cable polarity or is it for the capacitor?

Re: HY-TB3DV-M Controller
I really appreciate the reply, I was looking into not using the switches also. I am so glad that someone other then myself also feels that they are not needed. I however am clueless how to setup the homing with mach 3. If you don't mind me asking, are you using mach 3 to control your board?

Sure no problem. Here is a link to a manual of the board. It is in a pdf format.

HY-TB3DV-M Controller
Way before i decided to purchase a shapeoko I purchased a cheap HY-TB3DV-M cnc controller board on ebay. I was curious if anyone who owns a shapeoko is using the same controller board and if so how did you set up your limit switches?

Re: z axis threaded rod not gripped by coupler
Sorry guys for the delayed reply I am in Australia. Everything is going great guns. Ignore my above posts. I was being a lil girl and not putting some brute force into it and not keeping the coupler tight enough. All is attached nice and tight now.
