I'm getting these errors attempting to send the Hello World gcode file through UGS and then the Y carriage continues to move until it hits the end pieces.
GRBL 0.9. and current version of Universal Gcode Sender.
Any ideas?

The hole pattern spacing on a SO1 is the distance between the two facing slots of a piece of Makerslide; I can get you the specific dimensions if needed.

You can plot out flattened 2D views of 3D solids in AutoCAD. I suppose you could also trace out the parts you want and flatten the lines in a modeling program, but this would depend on how complex the object is; taking a section of the model might help.
