Mine were extremely tight (also batch 5 I think), but I just used the bolt and some washers and tightened them down until it effectively pressed the eccentric spacers into the hole. They are now very tightly in the hole, but their eccentric position can still be adjusted with a wrench.

Thanks for your reply. This m328p was new, never had a bootloader, so I will try the change you recommended. I'm still curious does the grbl.hex file replace or overwrite the bootloader or do I need to flash the OptiLoader bootloader first and then grbl.hex to get it to work in my UNO. I took this m...

Just wanted to add a note to the big warning in red in the original post. Don't forget to remove the collet nut and don't pull on the rotor shaft while removing the cover! Because this can also cause the entire rotor to come out. If the rotor comes out you will need to disassemble the unit to put it...
