Thanks, i've probably cut around 40 door hangars out of poplar so far in the past day or so. I was teaching the GF CNC and CAD/CAM basics and she did her drawings using the nominal wood thickness and not the actual thickness, so the spoil board got a few rubs, probably an hour after facing the whole...
