Re: Anyone who knows the types of PCB inspection??

Well, most PCB manufacturers implement an on-off test on PCBs before they leave the factory in order to make sure all the circuits are correctly connected. Up to now, some advanced manufacturers such as PCBGOGO carry out X-ray inspection to find out some obstacles to etching or lamination. When it c...

Re: How to draw a drill hole on the circuit board?

You can do non-plated holes by drawing circles on Mechanical 1 (KiCAD edge cuts) or by creating a pad and setting the hole size to the same size as the PCB pad diameter (i.e. no annular ring).

How about ITAR resources? Is a bare PCB ITAR restricted?

I am confused about how ITAR works.  Wondering if anybody has ITAR links or resources that can answer any of the following questions. A bare PCB without any components populated on it is only a collection of wires and pads.  Without the schematic and the BOM included in the data package, there is no...

What is your major concern in PCB fabrication?

In general, I firstly take quality into consideration as I ordered my board in PCBGOGO . When you are doing an electronic project and you need the PCB boards, if you don't want to make the board by yourself, you will directly place your board in PCB manufacturer, however, there are some factors you ...
