Pulling out the little hair I have. When jogging to home, or having the router position itself to start a project, the back to front movement works but causes a grinding, brring , sound. Hi, I downloaded , and successfully ran the 4 clamp program. However I used a 201 square bit which has a 1/4 shank. It of course overcut the dimensions, thus leaving a complete cutout of the shape of the clamp having carved out the entire middle area of the shape (I am guessing the 201 bit is too wi...

Vcarve letter problems

Hi,

I am having problems with carbide motion letter forming.
Beside the letter H , the letter N and the letter y are somewhat miss formed. All were used as Capital letters.
