Also you can change what the Fusion 360 post processor outputs.

I've updated the post processor I use so that the end of program turns into this: M5 G53 G0 Z-0.100 G53 G0 X-0.100 Y-0.100 This turns off the spindle (M5) and moves to the upper right corner of the machine coordinates. I spaced my T-Track at 3" spacing. Seems to work pretty well.

You can do plenty with an S2. I did lots of good work with my S1/S2 hybrid. The software should mostly work with your S2. You might have issues flashing the latest GRBL to your board, but I'm not an expert on that. The CAD/CAM stuff doesn't care what machine you are using, the standard Shapeoko post...

In the next few days the forum will be upgraded to the latest version and moved to a new server.

That's the "default" value. It may be different on the machine.
The best way to know for sure is to open the terminal and send $$ to get the settings and see what $110 is set to.

Too many hobbies - that's what I have... Woodworking - I use my S3 for this, but also have a basement full of woodworking machines. Table saw, joiner, planer, band saw, drill press... Model Railroading - just starting this one back up. I model in HO scale. There will probably be some S3 work at some...
