I think the foam is great... i am going to try to use my laser to cut the foam and see how that pans out.... little old post.. but its still up so, i will comment ;-) Also, i was going to try to mill out the dust shoe as well with my DW660 but i don't have a spindle controller to reduce the 30K RPM....

This is exactly what I would like to build, now that i am able to... ha...
Anyway, do you have the gCode that is not dependant on Python?
Do you have to run this python code to create the gCode? it wasn't clear to me.

Actually. I have a bebopr++ cape for my CNC. And I have tinyg separately. I went the bebopr route on the hope to eliminate the tinyg and the problems I have with that. I have to learn Linux CNC to get my bebopr working. Winter time here in Canada. CNC back in play soon.

Hello. I have the BBB with bebopr++ cape.
I have linux CNC running and a 10inch display with keyboard and mouse.
Its been like this for 1 yr now as I haven't figured out how to map the cape to the shapeoko via linux CNC. ;)
Embarrassing I know.
