Are there any open plans ? I looked here http://www.thingiverse.com/ but I was not able to find anything for CNC, only 3 printer... I guess with some changes this may work too, but some of the gears are printed on top of each other... Looks like the wood working people always want to sell stuff...

I guess to make this compatible with the normal Arduino pin out it is OK to override the config.h with the original file from the GRBL project?

Are you planing to make a patch for the upstream project? I think this would be a good addition!

Yes, I did connect one end of the resistor to 5V and the other to D9, one end of the switch to D9 and the other end of the switch to GND. Do the same with two other resistors and switches for D10 and D11 (9,10,11 is the default config)... I only did this on the breadboard and it looked like it would...

I has the same issue, I had to installed 10K pull up resistors to make it work... I just did it on the breadboard so far but without external pull up resistors I didn't got it to work...

I did add a second stepper to the y axis and this fixed the issue for me, see picture attachment...
