Re: Batch 5 timer started

Hi Guys,

Batch #5 is at 36 out of the 50 needed with 9 days 10 hours and 2 minutes to go. Comparing this batch to previous batches there is a very high chance that it will tip.

Regards,
Zach

Re: Total Frustration with cutting....

It looks like you have the Full Kit from Inventables. The power supply has a switch that goes from 12-24 Volts. It shipped with it in the 24V position but it is possible that someone moved the switch from the 24V position to the 12 V position. Can you check to make sure it's in the 24V position?

Re: Shapeoko Batch #4

@digitalmagic Send an email to help at inventables dot com and we will figure out the best solution. We have been sending people a fresh set of MakerSlide. Last week Edward created a new hole pattern for the plates so we may have a set of plates redrilled and send them to you because then you can us...

Re: Makerslide

Hi Everyone, we also have MakerSlide and the components in stock and are shipping globally via USPS. We have a handful of orders left to fulfill in our backlog and we will be shipping same day. We are stocking 1000mm and 1800mm. https://www.inventables.com/categories/innovative-materials/components/...

I've heard people chime in from...

1.USA
2. UK

What other countries are people from?

Re: Power supply shipped (inventables)

Hi this is Zach from Inventables. I am sorry for the confusion. All the Power supplies work from 100V-240V. We looked up the power plug for each country and send a different plug for each country. For the Spindle we provided 220V spindles but they all have UK style plugs so for the spindle you will ...

Re: Shapeoko Batch #4

We are making some updates to the design as bugs get reported and as vendors discontinue parts. Here are the changes for batch #4 1. We are getting quotes right now for Batch #4 and they will likely be Stainless Steel or Zinc Plated steel. We can't paint them because it changes the hole sizes for th...

Re: Batch 2 Makerslide Frustration

Hi Everyone, This issue we are having is the tolerance the extruder guarantees is 0.010" and that means that towards the end of the run some of the MakerSlide is proving to be out of spec for the laser cut holes. Bart owns the die and selected the vendor, Edward designed the Shapeoko, and we paid an...

Re: Shapeoko Batch #4

Hi Everyone, There are indeed "nubs" from the laser cutting on some of the plates. We tested to see if these have any effect on the Shapeoko and it did not seem to have any effect. However we understand that the size of the nubs can vary from plate to plate, we understand that even if functionally i...
