Why is this happening? (Circles going berzerk)
Untitled-1.jpg This is CamBam file from someone else that I modified for my material, endmills, etc. The blue circles don't show up in UGS or in CamBam, but they do in Chilipeppr and they do cut in both UGS and Chilipeppr. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? The CB and NC files are attached t...

Looks like my local big box stores don't carry baltic birch. Guess I'll be getting that online. Thanks for the detailed BOM.

Saw to clean up radiused corners
I've has a few requests for things like names and monograms and the such to be cut on my machine. Of course those inner corners that get rounded because of the bit drive me nuts. I would like to invest in an inexpensive solution to clean up those areas. Would a small scroll saw be my best bet?

Re: Printrbot Crawlbot
I believe you have to frame up the bottom of your substrate with 2x4s. Brook makes a comment about somewhere. I don't think you could place the crawlbot itself on the floor or have the sides resting on anything at all.
@Dave, great point regarding weakness in the material the more you cut.

Re: Printrbot Crawlbot
I'm interested to see the machine in action, but yeah, I can't see how you would use this on anything but a sheet of material. Add to it that you need to frame the bottom with 2x4, I can't see it being useful for the home hobbyist.
