One of the easiest ways to avoid taping mistakes is to use a jig to align the tap perfectly. Anyone else having a problem with the delryn nut being too tight? Mine starts fine but gets very hard to turn about 3/4 of the way through before the end of the rod emerges. I don't believe the motor will be able to turn it.
