I pulled the belts thru the small slot in the "open end plates" just above the Y axis rails and mounted the belt clips (see photo). This gives me full travel in Y axis.

Dewey, I ran my 1/4-20 t-nut pattern at 6" centers. I wish now that I placed them on 3"centers or even smaller for more options. I tapped the t-nuts in with a hammer to set them and hot-glued for added measure. The nuts are well below the work surface just in case..... I typically run/add a 1/8" or ...

My Mod's:
- funnel mounted closer to lid.
- smaller hole in funnel (2"dia. approx.)
- flexible metal straps to mount funnel.
- 1 1/2" elbow
- hot glue vs. gaskets....

This works too well! I can run for hours... The Shop Vac. is clean (can/filter). I Copied your design with a few mod's. Nice post! Thanks!

ps: funnel cut size can be adjusted, start with a small hole +- and adjust accordingly.... ?

Forget about it! I Run the Bosch Colt with an Inventables mount. Upgraded the Z & X axis to the Nema 23's. Custom Z-axis motor mount ....Etc.... This machine runs like an ape. Did find 1/8" collets for the "colt" at http://elairecorp.com

Okay. The power supply is 100-24v (90w) @ 50-60Hz and again the fans are 15v. ( grblshield v5)

I will need to confirm the power supply when I get back to the shop but it came with the stock S02 (full-kit) and the fans are 15V.
