Re: Bear Stand

The bottom leg is angled out which keeps it from leaning forward, and I also mounted a strip on the back to help keep it from falling backwards. If I made another one, I think i'd make it as a wall mounted shelf.

Bear Stand

Did this for my girlfriends brothers wife's baby shower. Most of the work was done free hand with a Jig saw, with the details Eyes, nose, eye brows things like that done on the shapeoko 2. Thought it turned out pretty good for a quick project. All made of MDF. http://i1156.photobucket.com/albums/p56...

Re: Are Openbuilds V-Wheels identical to the makerslide whee

I use the open-builds V-wheels on my build. The open build wheels are made with more material (Wider) 10.23mm I believe if my notes are correct. The Inventables / Shapeoko V-wheels are 7.5mm wide. With that said, if you are using all openbuild V-wheels you won't have any problems running them on the...

I'm sorry I didn't include that in my listing! It's currently 1530mm, if it's to long for what you need you can always cut to length.

Shapeoko 2 inspired custom build

The time has finally come to call this project complete for now... A while ago I set out with the intentions to upgrade my Shapeoko 2. After thinking on what to do for days, I decided the best way to go about doing this was to build a new machine all together. I knew I wanted it to be bigger, better...

Mach 4?

I've recently completed a new CNC machine, working on a write up to add to the Design Ideas/Member projects section... I've been running the Mach 3 demo to get familiar with Mach. I've yet to purchase a license due to the release of Mach 4. Is anyone using it yet, and what do you think of it so far?...

No it doesn't fit the quiet cut spindle, I have one and the spindle is to small.
