I'm using xloader with the recommended baud rate of 57600. On the wiki it says it takes about 10 seconds, I've been sitting here for 20+ minutes and it still says uploading on the bottom left of the xloader window

Uploading Grbl
I've tried numerous times to get grbl to upload, but it's not working. I have an arduino uno 328p and i'm using a buildlog.net rev 3 board. Can someone post the already configured hex file that I need. Thanks, Michael

So do you guys think 24 to 26 gauge will be ok, that's all I currently have on hand. I will be using about 3 foot lengths plus the length of the wires coming from the steppers themselves.

Indeed the pictures show stranded, didn't see that. Can anyone tell me what color combinations are the two pairs?
