Also try another gcode sender such as Universal GCode Sender to jog the motors.

One more thing to try to isolate out the installer (if any).

Uninstall the fonts. Make sure things are normal again.

Install the fonts manually by double clicking on each font file.

Also, most browsers have preferences for the fonts used. In firefox this is inside the "Content" tab, you can choose the font there.

What browser are you running?

Check:
1. square the x and y axis measure diagonally and compare, they should have the same length
2. belts make sure they are all tight
3. make sure pulleys are tightly attached to the stepper motor shaft (tighten set screws).

Actually what I've found is the X axis with double v-grove wheels & plates having double makerslide beams is plenty rigid. The flex come from the single v-grove plate on each of the Y axis. I'm planning on building a large frame as well and will be using the x-axis design for both y-axis. I'm also r...

I second the contact adhesive. I've cut several think materials this way. I tried foil aluminum once haha didn't go well.

Wades extruder is the most common, there are many mount adapters for e3D.
