Improbable is probably not going to make any more upgrade parts with falling demand. You may have to try and order the Z Axis upgrade parts for the Xcarve. They should work for you.

I have never had a single issue with these. They are not thin by any means do a great job of hold down plus the fact that I can use a standard 1/4-20 bolt in them makes it much easier to use than having to use Rockler Tbolts at a premium price. I have had mine about a year and couple months. Though I upgraded from the 600x600 original format about 2 months after I got it and also did a full change out of electronics. Going bigger you deff need to worry about deflection. If you take a look at my build you can see what I did to take care of...
