Thanks for the info on the tracks. Right now I I have a piece of 3/4 inch mdf and already ordered some Tnuts so I will try that method first. I do not remember the exact spacing. I had a piece of 3/4" MDF that was 30" wide I believe I cut it in 6" strips. The T-Track is yet another good idea. One of my main concerns for any of the above mentioned ideas is when you are cutting your design completely through your chosen material and the bit goes that "little bit extra" to make sure it is cut completely through.
