can you post your grbl settings?
should be around 40 for X and Y.
another thing is if you do cutouts always add a mm or so so it really goes through. It will save you time and headache.

Nope, designed in rhino, exported to illustrator and made the svg from there.
But dimensions are 92x75mm, which would make the circle 65,5mm across

and thanks for catching that link mistake.
It may be heavier, but everything is mounted closer to the rail, and I reinforced it. All things considered I'd recommend it in a heartbeat!
