the 1/8 bits are tricky because you have to run a higher ipm than you would think off hand. it's all about keeping the part and bit cool.

has anyone made drawings of the plates used on the s3. i am going to make a acme screw type z axis and dont want to cut up my stock one. i would rather use my machine to cut one for me, but i cant if i have to take it apart in order to get the dimensions. i will if i have to but it would save me a l...
