Just a box with a pocketing toolpath and you probably only need to go .02 depending on how unlevel your board is.

Here is another place I buy electronics parts from. They do have a bunch of Molex connectors. Dont know if they have the specific one you need but hopefully this helps.

Yes I had exactly that same problem. Contact Carbide Support and they will send you another switch. I recently switched to hall effect switches on all 3 axis both high and low. They are working great.

It looks to me that your Z-axis is very loose. Check your eccentric nuts and make sure the v-wheels are snug on the lower part of the Y-rail and that when you move them they are able to slightly move the Z-axis on the Y-rail.
