There seems to be two versions of the 1/4 inch bore pulley on the MakerSlide store, one with 18 teeth and one with 20 teeth. Is there any reason to choose one over the other? There are many different types of pulleys available at SDP-SI . They have metal and plastic pulleys. I'm not completely clear on the terminology yet, but I think you want 0.080" pitch and .25" belt width. Then choose the diameter of your stepper motor. Maybe you have 200 steps/rev stepper motors instead of the 400 step/rev motors.
