Two things: When I paste your g-code sample into this online simulator ( https://nraynaud.github.io/webgcode/ ) it does not show a full circle at the bottom of the hole. Best practices are to not generate 360 circles as one G2/G3 command, but rather to break them into quadrants - using four G2 or G3...

Well I just went and looked. I thought I had a Z axis upgrade kit, but I can't find it.

Either I have misplaced it (very likely) or I sold it with my old Shapeoko kit. Sorry.

You know... I might have one of those kits that I bought and never installed because I got the S3...

I also submitted a request to the company that runs our web proxies and they unblocked it without any comments about why it was blocked in the first place.

I think it was a spurious blocking.
