Re: No Work Preview Display

The board is 3.3v for all outputs. Inputs are usually switches, but can also be driven to 3.3v.

Re: No Work Preview Display

You are correct. Those are drawn in progress. Tgfx reads the position information coming off the tinyg board and draws it as it's happening.

Re: No Work Preview Display

Tgfx does not provide a work preview, just a readout of the job as it's occurring.

This is a display bug that's been fixed in the latest edge branch. The switch type setting has actually been taken, it's just not displaying correctly.

Re: v5 grblShield is now $49.99

Yes, we are working on one now, going through prototypes. We put 3 axes on board and made another 2 plugbable via kinen (see kinen/kinen on github). Here's a short vid of a 5 axis move. Re: STMicro Drivers

The gShield will do about 2.5 amps (or slightly more) per winding with cooling, which is somewhat more than the Pololus will do. But really any NEMA17 is OK with (almost) any driver. It's the bigger NEMA23's that require the additional current. I have been playing with the Automation Technologies (K...
