What is weight of standard MDF waste board in S3(sorted)
Can someone advise the weight of the S3 waste board. I need to know if it is worth removing from package to save weight carrying on airline as excess baggage vs risk damage to frame.

@WillAdams The main point of removing the weight of the MDF in this case is to lighten the load at the airline as it is being brought out as personal baggage. Hopefully that means it will be less likely to suffer damage...but then again it is subject to "attention" by baggage handlers so who knows w...

Finally ordered an SO3. Its being sent to a mate in Indio CA who is going to bring it to New Zealand for me and hopefully save me a bundle on freight. Looks like fun times ahead. I already have a project in mind - a box similar to one I saw on you tube. It will be good to try the CAD side for a starter.
