Finally a success. Thanks everyone for the input. I've squared the machine from bottom up :-). Started from the waste board, installed Y axis, then placed Z assembly. Removed bottom wheels to do that. I had to use Aluminum foil shim to make X axis parallel to the front extrusion. I'm hoping to submi...

I am not sure that I understand the difference between 2.5D milling and and 3D. Is there a clear difference, or is the difference as fuzzy as my understanding? In general 2.5D is a sub domain of 3D. Seems you are almost correct Will. I found two boards are little bit warped so that center line (where two boards meet) slightly lower. :-(. I can assure you I've tightened all the screws well.
