I realize it's my machine. However I want to avoid destroying anything if others have already went down this path. Hoping to gain some knowledge from those that trekked this before me.

the (grey insulated) wire loo, that come with the configuration? I am referring to the wires that run from the stepper to the terminal block; not the motor wires. The reason I ask is the wire in that harness is so stiff and a pain to work with. Can I substitute that with a softer (similar gauge) wir...

Nothing too exciting, but the good thing is the new items on the list will be simple stuff I can mill in the ShapeOko. Ah. I was hoping it was something that might appeal to my wife and get her excited about a shapeoko. Chris. Just show her some type of "craft" item you can mill...she be sold insta...
